A couple of photos from TOP GEAR LIVE.
First one is a Lotus Evora - a car i would quite gladly donate my left testicle (or maybe both) to have.
The Second is the Sun Lounge Driven by Greg Murphy (V8 Driver - Aust), powered by 6 chainsaws, & Jeremy Clarksons hovercraft powered by 4 Flymo mowers and 2 backpack blowers.
The third is Mays Whipper Snipper Harley, yes thats right a bike driven by 2 whippersnippers.
I ducked down to Sydney for Saturday and saw the show. I reckon its worth the trip.
Next Year i will see if more people want to go, but it will be money up front..... and the expenses are:
Ticket: $69 bucks for those that require oxygen, but next year i will be getting better seats so expect a cost of around $150 - $170 per ticket
Flight: $99 each way, hopefully i can pull that one again.
Travel: $23 gets you out of the airport and into central Sydney, a daily travel pass for bus/train/ferry $18
Food: How much do you eat..... i spent about $20 on lunch (at Acer Arena - robbery)and about $50 on dinner, i do like to eat at nice places
and next year i intend to stay the night, so add accomodation ~$100 plus another dinner.
150 + 99 + 99 + 41 + 70 + 150 = $609 plus $45 for a I am the Stigs fat cousin shirt and thats what your looking at for next years trip. Seriously think about it.
